[Completed] Urgent Channel Check on 16th November 2022

The Urgent Channel Check has concluded and all game channels are accessible as of 2237hrs.

Known Issues:

We are aware of an issue with the Burning Special Face Coupon description incorrectly mentioning a random face changed upon use. Please note that the Burning Special Face Coupon from the package is Selectable. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

We are aware of an issue where intermittent disconnections may occur when participating in Extreme Sports: Judge of the Sky.

We are aware of a decriptive issue in the Additional 50% EXP Coupon item distributed from Power & Points Packages which can be purchased from the Cash Shop. Please note that the item functions the same as the EXP Buff from v217. The description and Cash Shop exchange item will be updated to clearer reflect the changes at a later time.

An Urgent Channel Check will be carried out on 16th November 2022, between 2100hrs to 2300hrs (GMT +8).

Specific Channels for all Worlds will NOT be available during the respective timings sequenced as below. Players are advised to move to the unaffected channels to avoid any disruption to gameplay.

Downtime for the respective channels across the different worlds will be as follows:

Aquila	1 to 15	2100hrs to 2200hrs
Bootes, Cassiopeia	1 to 14	2100hrs to 2200hrs
Draco	1 to 18	2100hrs to 2200hrs
Aquila	16 to 30	2200hrs to 2300hrs
Bootes, Cassiopeia	15 to 30	2200hrs to 2300hrs
Draco	19 to 36	2200hrs to 2300hrs

Some features such as Auction House, Dimensional Invasion, Monster Life, etc. will not be available during this period of time.
