[Completed] Urgent Channel Check on 11th May 2023

The Urgent Channel Check has concluded and all game channels are accessible as of 1300hrs.

The Channel Check earlier should alleviate several lag issues that have been ongoing for the past week. Maplers who are still experiencing lag issues should attempt to restart the game client. Should the lag issue persist, please report it to iBox by clicking here with details on your gameplay experience, including your technical specifications and what actions were done during the lag. Thank you.

Additionally, an issue where Mithra's Selectable Symbol Box obtained from Lith and Elli's Growth Diary would prematurely disappear upon usage has been fixed. A further update will be provided for Maplers affected by the issue.

Instead of an Urgent Server Check as previously announced, an Urgent Channel Check will be carried out on 11th May 2023, between 1130hrs to 1300hrs (GMT +8).

Specific Channels for all Worlds will NOT be available during the respective timings sequenced as below. Players are advised to move to the unaffected channels to avoid any disruption to gameplay.
During the process, please pay attention to the notice above for the channels to avoid. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
