[Completed] Urgent Server Check on 24th September 2020 (Part 2)

All game services have resumed as of 1538hrs (GMT +8).

• The issue where using the Quest Navigation feature will close the game client has been fixed.

• With regards to our previous notice regarding the missing Haku Fans, please be informed that affected players should have their missing fans restored as of today's Urgent Server Check.Please note that the fans have been returned to it's respective Haku Slots in their original form. For affected players who had equipped another fan before the issue had been fixed during the Urgent Server Check this morning, their missing fans would be credited via the reward box system on the left side of the screen.

• Unfortunately we encountered further complications while attempting to rectify the issue where the Kota Kinabalu Chair would not provide 2x Drop Buff. Therefore, it could not be fixed as of today's Urgent Server Check.

We do apologize for the inconvenience and rest assured that we are working closely with the developers to rectify this, and other reported issues as soon as possible.

Dear Maplers,

Please be informed that there will be an Urgent Server Check on 24th September 2020 from 1300hrs to 1430hrs (GMT +8).

This is to follow-up on addressing the other remaining known issues since the last urgent maintenance earlier this morning.

Game services for all world will not be available during the above mentioned timing. Players are advised to logout from the game before the stipulated timing to avoid any game disruption.
