All game services have resumed accordingly as of 1310hrs (GMT +8).

Meanwhile, please be informed that we're currently looking into the issues of the following:
• Magician's Oversized Mount Hat update
• Damage Skin Booster Pack update
• Summer Photo Card Event availability issues

There will be an Urgent Channel Check scheduled for 27th December 2017, between 1200hrs to 1300hrs (GMT +8).

Specific Channels for all Worlds will NOT be available during the stipulated timing sequenced as below. You may move to the unaffected channels to avoid any game disruption.

Kindly take note of the different downtime for the respective channels below:
