[Update] Account Suspension Issues on 16th October 2011
Dear Maplers,
Due to some technical issues during the network maintenance on 16th October 2011, we are aware some Maplers’ accounts in SG Gateway are suspended unintentionally by our system.
We sincerely apologized to all affected maplers for this mishap.
We are in the process releasing all innocent Maplers that were suspended unintentionally by our system as soon as possible by 17th October 2011 due to the several complications.
Once again, we seek your kind understanding for this issue.
Updates on 18th October
Dear Maplers,
We have released all innocent Maplers on 17th October 2011, 0900hrs (+8 GMT) that were suspended unintentionally by our system on 16th October 2011 during the network maintenance.
- 451 maple accounts from Aquila, Bootes and Cassiopeia were suspended unintentionally by our system for 1000 days were released.
- Each maple account released has been credited with 10,000 Maple Points as compensation for this issue.
For Maplers with your accounts still being suspended until July, 2014, please kindly ibox in to us on why your account was suspended.
Accounts suspended until July, 2014 are due to the following 2 reasons.
- Abnormal count rate of completing Zakum Jump Quest, Breath of Lava 2 from NPC Lira.
- Accessing of unreleased maps using in-game hack program.
Note:
Maple accounts that were permanently suspended were not affected by the issue of being suspended unintentionally by our system on 16th October 2011.
