[Completed] Urgent Server Check on 24th June 2015

Update as at 0302hrs (GMT +8)

Please be informed that both Ares and Artemis have resumed all services as of 0309hrs (GMT +8).

Please note that the following:

1) Zodiac pet’s 13 WA/MA buffs have been fixed and reimbursements have been credited to all affected players.
2) Rewards of the “Change Your Password” event has been credited.
3) All Cash Items have been extended by 34hrs.
4) More information on reimbursement for the extended down time will be announce at a later time.
5) Some accounts have been temporarily suspended to facilitate ongoing exploit investigations.

Please be informed that the Urgent Server check have been extended to 2300hrs (GMT +8). We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

With regards to the Urgent Channel Check on 24th June 2015, we would like to inform our players that our developers are addressing a critical issue where certain game functions have been breached and exploited, resulting in an abnormal quantity of items created.

As a result, to ensure fairplay and game balance for everyone, investigations and preventive measures will be taking place for the time being. We would also like to advise our players to practice caution when making in-game purchases from other players, as items that are highly sought after may or may not be part of the involvement of the exploit. Such items are subject to removal from the game without any form of notice.

As a final note, we wish to respectfully inform everyone that players caught involved in abusing the aforementioned functions will be dealt severely in strict accordance of our Abuse Policy.
