IDC migration and Server Check on 10th October 2013

Dear Maplers,

Please be informed that there will be a Data Center Migration and Server Maintenance on 10th October 2013, from 0000Hrs to 1700Hrs (GMT +8).

Game service for Ares & Artemis Gateway will be unavailable during this period of time.

The following functions will not be available until 10th October 2013, 1700hrs (+8 GMT):

• Asiasoft Passport Registration
• @Cash Top-up service
• @Cash to Game Cash Conversion service
• Change of email address for AP account
• Change of AP password
• Change of AP security PIN
• Creation of game account
• Change of game account password
• Reset of game account password
• iNETs and AXS Top-up service
• @Cafe services
• @Key device services (One time password)


Please ensure your characters are logged out before this time to prevent any loss of items.

Update
Previously scheduled from 0000hrs – 1700hrs +8 GMT, the migration and maintenance ended 2300hrs +8 GMT for Ares Gateway, 2315hrs +8 GMT for Artemis Gateway.

Please also be informed that channels 7,8 & 9 of Artemis Gateway are currently experiencing latency issues. Our engineers are currently looking into the problem.
