Live Chat Service maintenance on 1st February 2012

Please be informed that there will be a Live Chat Maintenance on 1st Feburary 2012 from 1330hrs to 1700hrs (+8 GMT).

The Live Chat service will resume and continue to operate after the maintenance from 1700hrs to 2000hrs (+8 GMT).
