Service Maintenance and New Conversion Rate for @Cash for Malaysia on 7th September 2015

Dear Maplers,

Please be informed that there will be a Service Maintenance for @Cash Payment System to adjust the new conversion for Top Up Services through CIB Pins and all Online Payment Gateways on 7th September 2015 from 1400hrs to 1600hrs (GMT+8).

Game service for Ares and Artemis WILL NOT be affected during the stipulated timing.

During the maintenance, all Top Up Services and Game Cash Conversion Services via Asiasoft Passport will not be available. We would like to advise all players to refrain from using the affected services during the maintenance.

We would also like to inform all users that a new @Cash conversion rate will come into effect for all @Cash purchased through Malaysia immediately after the maintenance.

The new rates with immediate effect after the maintenance are as below :

Do note that the above rates will be reviewed from time to time in accordance with the currency market exchange rate.
