[Completed] Server Check, Cash Shop Update on 19th November 2014

Dear Maplers,

Please be informed that there will be a Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 19th Nov 2014, from 0900hrs to 1200hrs (GMT+8).

Game services for both Ares & Artemis Gateway will NOT be available during the stipulated timing. Kindly please log out before this period of time to avoid any game disruption.

*All cash items as listed below are available for a limited period till 3rd December 2014.

Dear Maplers, please be informed that the Server Check and Cash Shop Update will be extended to 1400hrs (GMT +8) to address the Attendance Event Character Slot Coupon issue.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Update as of 1358hrs (GMT +8)

Dear Maplers, both Ares and Artemis have resumed all services as of 1357hrs (GMT +8).

Fixes

• The Heavy Impact and Sweet Han Gwa Damage Skins can now be consumed and used as intended
• The Fire Spirit skill obtained from the Veracent quest has been fixed
• Character Slot Coupons from the Attendance event will now expand the character slots accordingly
• VIP Hair Coupon item has been removed from the Bunny Shops due to an issue caused when consuming the item

Misc

• Winners of the Halloween Forum Events have been awarded. Thank you to all that participated!

Note:

• For the Character and VIP Hair Coupons that have been consumed, please be informed that we are aware of the situation. We will keep you posted should there be any updates from the developers.
• Meanwhile, with regards to the Halloween Masquerade forum event, winning guilds please take note that the GP has not been credited yet. We will update you again once the crediting has been done.
