[Update]Server Check on 3rd January 2014

Dear Maplers,

Please be informed that there will be a Server Check on 3rd January 2014 from 0800hrs to 1630hrs (GMT +8).

Game services for both Ares & Artemis Gateway will NOT be available during the stipulated timing. Kindly please log out before this period of time to avoid any game disruption.

The Server Check will address the following issues:
▪ Login Latency Issues for All Worlds.
▪ Slow response time for loading of Reimbursement Package , Buddy lists , Guild lists , and Storage NPC window.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Update as of 1425hrs (+8 GMT)

– Due to unforeseen situations, the Server Check for 3rd January 2014 will be extended and there will be no game services for both Ares and Artemis Gateway until further notice. We have implemented fix that has solved the issue of slow response time for loading of Reimbursement Package, Buddy List, Guild List and Storage NPC Window. However, we are still working on login latency issues for all worlds.


Update as at 4th January 2014, 0211hrs (+8 GMT)

Both Ares and Artemis have resumed all services as at 0223hrs (+8 GMT)

-MTS will not be available till further notice
-Applied a block with regards to the recent item exploits that have been circulated.
