[Completed] Urgent Channel Check on 21st May 2015

[Update as at 1930hrs (GMT +8)]

Please be informed that the Urgent Channel Check have been completed as of 1927hrs (GMT +8).

The following issues have been resolved:

1) The Star World mobs not dropping items have been resolved.
2) Chaos Horntail now drops items even if soloed.
3) Macro buttons being reset when relogging or going into Cash Shop have been resolved.

Please be informed that we have received various reports from players on ingame issues after the patch on 20th May 2015.

To address these issues, an Urgent Channel Check will be performed on 21st May 2015, from 1645hrs to 1845hrs1945(GMT +8).

Specific Channels for both Ares & Artemis Gateway will NOT be available during the stipulated timing sequenced as below. You may move to the unaffected channels to avoid any game disruption.


Please do take note of the different down times for the channels below.
