[Completed] Urgent Channel Check on 23rd October 2014

Dear Maplers,

Please be informed that there will be an Urgent Channel Check on 23rd October 2014, from 1500hrs to 1600hrs (GMT +8).

Game services for both Ares & Artemis Gateway will NOT be available during the stipulated timing sequenced as below. You may move to the unaffected channels to avoid any game disruption.

This channel check is to resolve the issues for players not being able to open the Carlton’s Mustache Box.

You will now be able to open the box by talking to NPC Katherine.


Please do take note of the different downtimes for the channels below.

Sequence of Channel Downtime:
1. World A, B, C, DEI Channel 1 to 10 : 1500hrs to 1530hrs (GMT +8)
2. World J Channel 1 to 4 : 1500hrs to 1530hrs (GMT +8)
3. World FGH Channel 1 to 9 : 1500hrs to 1530hrs (GMT +8)
4. All Worlds’ remaining channels : 1530hrs to 1600hrs (GMT +8)
