[Completed] Urgent Server Check on 24th September 2020

[Update as of 24th September, 0447hrs (GMT +8)]

All game services have resumed as of 0442hrs (GMT +8).

The issue where fans equipped on Kanna's Haku will disappear has been fixed.
*Note: Subject to the final saved data before the server patch of v198.1, affected players can expect to have their missing fans restored at the next scheduled server check. However, only fans recorded as equipped as of 23rd September 2020, 0459hrs (GMT+8) before the server patch started would be restored. All other case scenarios will be reviewed and investigated on a case by case basis.

Known Issue

The issue where using the Quest Navigation feature will close the game client is still being investigated. Therefore, we suggest that players avoid using this feature for the timebeing.

Planned Compensation for Aquila
As there were multiple server crashes encountered for Aquila, all Aquilians who were online in the game after updating their client to v198.2 patch version before the Urgent Server Check will be compensated at a later time. We expect to be able to distribute the compensation items before the weekend.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all players that have raised the issues to our attention.

Dear Maplers,

Please be informed that an Urgent Server Check was conducted for Aquila server on 23rd September 2020, since 2310hrs (GMT+8).

Following this, there will be an Urgent Server Check on 24th September 2020, all other worlds included, from 0300hrs to 0500hrs (GMT +8).

This is to address several issues found in the game following the patch update of v198.

Game services for all world will not be available during the above mentioned timing. Users from Bootes, Cassiopeia and Draco are advised to logout from the game before the stipulated timing to avoid any game disruption.
