[Completed] Urgent Server Check on 7th January 2015

Update as at 1658hrs (GMT +8)

Both Ares and Artemis have resumed all services as at 1657hrs (GMT +8)

We would also like to inform that we will be compensating all players who opened the Gold Box before the Urgent Server Check was conducted.

The full amount of @Cash spent on Gold Master Keys which were consumed before 1545hrs, 7th January 2015 (GMT+8) will be reimbursed in the form of Maple Points to all affected players.

Crediting will take place during the server check on 14th January 2015.

This Urgent Server Check is being held to address and resolve the issue with the Gold Box having certain items not obtainable.
