All 4 Jewel Totems will reduce to atoms (disappear) when Rainbow Moonstone Jewel Totem is created. Brilliant glow, Rainbow Moonstone Jewel Totem quest can be repeated and up to three Rainbow Moonstone Jewel Totem can be equipped at once. Note: Platinum Scissors of Karma can be used on Red/Green/Blue/Yellow Jewel Totem and Rainbow Moonstone Jewel Totem. Updated: 17/10, 1805hrs
