Pink Bean: Superstar Patch Notes (v157)

According to the tales of Maple lore, Pink Bean is a powerful monster summoned by a mysterious person called Kirston using the Mirror of the Goddess. The bravest warriors can find Pink Bean deep in the Temple of Time. Tricked by it's cuteness, many often succumb to their deaths as the Pink Bean has power beyond imagination.

Now for a limited time, you can enjoy playing Pink Bean as a special class!

  Pink Bean Overview  

Some Quick-info about the Pink Bean Class:

• Identified as a Male Explorer Warrior class
• Primary Stats is Strength (STR)
• Does not gain or require SP for skills, instead they are unlocked as you progress in levels
• Skill damage are proportionate to the character level, therefore the higher leveled you are, the stronger the damage you deal
• Pink Bean only comes in one look, no customization options during character creation
• You can only have 1 Pink Bean character created per Maple ID during this event period
• Game functions unavailable for the Pink Bean class:
    » normal trade, cash item trade (includes picking up dropped items), cash shop, free market store, item storage, guild system, party exp bonus (with non-Pink Bean classes), linked skills (inheritance allowed, but no personal Linked Skill)
• Contents unavailable for the Pink Bean class:
    » Star Planet, Part-Time Jobs, Marriage, Professions, Black Heaven contents, Beauty/Cosmetic
• Pink Bean can obtain Mileage, however you will need to claim them on another character

  Pink Bean Skills  

Pink Beans do not gain SP like normal characters. Instead, all its skill damage will scale corresponding to the Pink Bean's level - the higher leveled you are, the stronger your skill damage.

  Pink Bean's Secret Diary  

As Pink Bean's storyline is about breaking from its normal habit to attempt at something different and new for once, the class will not be a permanent addition to the roster of characters available. It keeps a checklist of items to be done in its Secret Diary, which when completed, will reward both the Pink Bean and the player with nice rewards! Below is a complete list of its Secret Diary, which can also be found in game:

  Miscellaneous Updates  

• Mileage Shop
The Mileage Shop has been updated with a new list of decorative items to mark the March school holidays!

• Mileage Points Accumulation in Star Planet
There were some issues with accumulating Mileage Points while in Star Planet, so we've made some adjustments by reducing the limit bracket from 1000 to 950 points. Maximum points is still capped at 1000, however if you have achieved at least 950, you will not be able to obtain any more points for the day.
