Black Mage II Event Notes (v182)

Dear Maplers,

The final push towards the Black Mage has begun! Along with existing events such as Tera Burning, Popeye's & Burning World, more events are now available to keep your mind off the daunting task of the final battle with the Black Mage!

Random Beauty Event

Is my hair on straight?

Event Duration: 19 December 2018 (After Patch) ~ 8 January 2019, 2359hrs
Requirements: Level 33+ (Zero classes must complete Story Chapter 2)
How to Start: Simple go out and hunt level range monsters!

What's this? Monsters are now dropping Beauty Coupons? How is that possible?! Who's been feeding them coupons??!! (Big Headward: "hehe")

Event Mechanics

Upon hunting level range monsters, they have a 'small' chance of dropping Beauty Coupons

The Beauty Coupon will randomly change either the Face, Hair & Skin color

Using the Coupons will immediately change the Face, Hair & Skin color (so remember to save the looks you like in the Salon System!)

These coupons are not tradeable and will only last till the end of the event

Sweet Pow-pow Christmas

You know what's sweet? You, me, under a mistletoe~ *wink*

Event Duration: 19 December 2018 (After Patch) ~ 25 December 2018, 2359hrs
Requirements: Level 33+ (Zero classes must complete Story Chapter 2)
How to Start: Talk to NPC Metal Bucket Snowman in Major Towns

Even in the heat of battle, Christmas is still round the corner! Celebrate our favorite season of the year ~~(even though it's always just summer)~~ with a harmonious event with sweet log-in rewards obtainable by just playing the game~

Sweet Pow-pow Chirstmas Login Gifts!

Simply by logging in everyday, players will be entitled for a Christmas Gift

- Once per day per world

The 1st Christmas Gift will contain a Santa Outfit which all players can enjoy!

- NOTE: The Santa Outfit will only last for 7 days

Inside this Christmas Gift, you will find:

- 10 Alliance Medals
- 1 2x EXP Coupon (15 mins)

However, on Christmas Eve (24 Dec), players will receive a Festive Christmas Stocking Chair from NPC Metal Bucket Snowman!

Jump, Jump, Christmas!

During the event period, an invitation will appear for all players to participate in our Jump, Jump, Christmas event!

- From 1030hrs ~ 2330hrs, an inivitation will appear every hour (xx:30)
- Each character can participate twice per day
- Upon accepting the invitation, the player will be transported to the waiting map

In this event, all players have to do is jump onto the 'spring' and grab as many rewards as they can within the time limit

If players have a full inventory while in the jumping event, they may talk with NPC Metal Bucket Snowman to receive the 'excess' rewards that they had missed during the jump

However, there is a daily cap for what players can obtain via the jumping event:

- Alliance Medals: 20 Medals per day
- Mesos: 2 Million Mesos per day
- Spell Trace: 600 Spell Traces per day

Cake for Christmas!

During the event period, there is a small chance for a Christmas Cake Monster to appear instead of our normal Elite Monster

These Cake Monsters will drop 5 extra Alliance Medals when defeated

However, each character can only get up to 25 Alliance Medals per day through this method

Maple Relay Season 2

An event concept version 2.0: 1. Stay online, 2. Complete Missions, and 3. Be rewarded! again...?

Duration: 19 December 2018 (After Patch) ~ 22 January 2019, 2359hrs
Requirement: Level 33+ (Zero classes must complete Story Chapter 2)
How to Start: Accept the quest, Maple Relay Event Notice, from the Maple Relay icon on the left of the screen.

Maple Relay Daily Login Rewards

• Accumulate playtime and complete missions to receive Everyday Maple Relay Boxes!
• You can obtain up to 4 tiers of Everyday Maple Relay Box daily.

Mission and Rewards

Everyday Maple Relay Tier 1: Activate 2 Runes + Accumulate 30 minutes playtime.
Reward: Everyday Maple Relay Boxes (30 Min), which consist of the following:
→ 50 Mileage
→ Polo & Frito Admission Ticket

Everyday Maple Relay Tier 2: Clear Polo / Frito Missions once + Accumulate 60 minutes playtime.
Reward: Everyday Maple Relay Box (60 Min), which consist of the following:
→ 50 Mileage
→ 2x EXP Consumable Buff

Everyday Maple Relay Tier 3: Participate in Elite Boss Battle once + Accumulate 120 minutes playtime.
→ Reward: Everyday Maple Relay Box (120 Min), which consist of the following:
→ 200 Mileage
→ Super Megaphone (3 Days)

Everyday Maple Relay Tier 4: Participate in Flame Wolf once + Accumulate 180 minutes playtime.
Reward: Everyday Maple Relay Box (180 Min), which consist of the following:
→ 200 Mileage
→ Miracle Circulator (3 Days)
→ 50 Alliance Medals

Please note that the playtime timer will not continue to the next tier until the respective quest is complete and the reward is obtained.

Maple Relay Accumulative Login Rewards

• Accumulate Everyday Maple Relay Boxes during the event period to receive Accumulative Maple Relay Boxes!
• There are 4 Tiers of Accumulative Maple Relay Boxes, depending on the amount of Everyday Maple Relay Boxes received.

Requirements and Rewards

Accumulate 13 Everyday Maple Relay Boxes:
Reward: Maple Relay 1st Box, with the following items:
→ SEA Royal Hair Coupon (3 Days)

Accumulate 40 Everyday Maple Relay Boxes:
Reward: Maple Relay 2nd Box, with the following items:
→ Ga-cha-pon Ticket x7 (3 Days)

Accumulate 80 Everyday Maple Relay Boxes:
Reward: Maple Relay 3rd Box, with the following items:
→ 10,000 Mileage Coupon
→ RED Cube x6 (3 Days)
→ Carved Golden Seal Coupon

Accumulate 120 Everyday Maple Relay Boxes:
Reward: Maple Relay 4th Box, which contains a special 17 Star Unique Absolabs Weapon
Please take note of the following information for this Special Potential Absolabs Weapon.
→ Weapon type selection can be done upon opening the box
→ (Dependent on class)
→ Scrolled with 70% Spell Traces of Main Stats
→ (Xenon can choose between STR, DEX, LUK)
→ Fixed potential based on Main Stat: DMG +9%, BossDMG +35% & CritRate +10%
→ Cannot use scroll of any form.
→ Cannot transfer using the Todd's Hammer.
→ Cannot be traded.
→ Cannot use cube to reset its potential.
