Event Duration:
12th July 2023, 1000hrs ~ 22nd August 2023, 2359hrs (GMT +8)
Requirement: Level 101+, Zero character who has completed Chapter 2 for Story Quest
How to Start: Look for
located in the Star Notification and select
[Misty Island's Legacy] Polyon's Message, Taking Off for Misty Island quest to begin

How to Play
Select a Chapter or Challenge Mode then press Start to begin your survival session in Misty Island
Upon entering a Chapter or Challenge Mode, all your character's buffs will be removed
You may enter a Chapter or Challenge Mode up to 10 times per day per World
Daily entry limit is shared across 3 Chapters and Challenge Mode
Daily entry limit reset daily on 0000hrs
All progress made in Misty Island will reset upon selecting the Return button
Performing a relog while a survival session is undergoing does not reset the progress
Exploration Points
Exploration Points are obtained based on the duration you have survived in Misty Island
You must survive at least ONE day to receive Exploration Points
Exploration Points are used to upgrade Expedition Trait
Total Exploration Points are shared across Characters within the same World
Exploration Points daily limit increase as you progress through the Chapters
Exploration Points daily limit is shared across 3 Chapters and Challenge Mode
Exploration Points daily limit reset daily on 0000hrs

Chapter Reward
All rewards can be obtained ONCE per World
All rewards are Inter-Account Transactions Only with EXCEPTION of Ancient Tablet Replica and Lavastone Resurrection Flame are Untradeable
Lavastone Resurrection Flame can ONLY be used on Ancient Tablet Replica
Receive additional options like these on the Ancient Tablet Replica Totem!
Note: We have noted some confusion regarding the obtainable additional options from the Lavastone Resurrection Flame on the Ancient Tablet Replica. Please note that the
Ancient Tablet Replica totem can only obtain additional option stats
between the 1st and 4th Tier of all obtainable stats with the
Lavastone Resurrection Flame.

Look for NPC Sonia to upgrade Expedition Trait
Expedition Trait are divided into 3 category: Combat, Survival and Crafting
Combat trait enhances your character and defense structure combat ability
Survival trait enhances your character survivability
Crafting trait provides various useful items to help with your survival
Exploration Points are required to upgrade Expedition Trait
Expedition Trait can be reset up to 2 times per World

Look for NPC Polyon to access Maple Expedition Achievement
Normal Mission can be progressed by surviving in Chapter 1, 2 and 3
Challenge Mission only available after Challenge Mode is unlocked and can be progressed only when surviving in Challenge Mode

All Maple Expedition Achievement rewards can be obtained ONCE per World
All Maple Expedition Achievement rewards are Inter-Account Transactions Only with EXCEPTION of Mithra's Lavastone Resurrection Flame Box 1, 2, 3 being Untradeable
Sub Mission
Sub Mission
Sub Mission will be available once Challenge Mode has been unlocked
Look for NPC Strong to receive one of five sub missions Randomly
Complete Sub Mission to receive ONE Misty Island themed My Home furniture Randomly
Sub Mission can be completed ONCE per day
Uncompleted Sub Mission will not be removed on daily reset and accepting new Sub Mission will overwrite the current Sub Mission

Map
The explorable areas in Misty Island expand as you progress through the Chapters
Various new resources can be found in the expanded areas as well as some secret
Central Ruins
Central Ruins located in the middle of Misty Island
Your main objective is to defend the Central Ruins from being destroyed
The Central Ruins' health bar are shown at the top of your screen
If the Central Ruins' health bar reaches zero, the survival round will end
It is not possible to recover Central Ruins' health
Below the Central Ruin's health bar is the number of days survived and day night cycle indicator
Invasion
Every 3 day, Goblin's invasion will happen during the night time
When the invasion is about to begin, NPC Sonia and others will alert you to pay attention to the Central Ruins
At the end of every invasion wave, a Boss monster will appear
Do your best to protect the Central Ruins from destruction!
Defense Structure
Defense Structures are craftable items that help protecting the Central Ruins
Defense Structures are not immortal, each Defense Structures have their own health points and will be destroyed when their health points reaches zero
Defense Structures can only be installed in the same map as the Central Ruins
There are two types of Defense Structures, Defense Tower and Defense Wall
Defense Tower can only be installed on the platform that has a sword engraving
Defense Tower will keep attacking the first enemy that enters its attack range until the enemy is defeated
Defense Wall can only be installed on the platform that has a shield engraving
Defense Wall stops the enemy from moving towards the Central Ruins
Various traps can be crafted to damage/slow down/reduce attack damage of the enemies
Monsters
There are three kind of monsters can be found in Misty Island, normal monsters, invasion monsters and boss monster
Normal monsters can be found wandering around Misty Island
Invasion monsters and boss monster only appear during Invasion
Defeating these monsters grants various material that can be crafted into stronger weapon and armor, defense structure, food for survival and many more
Resources
There are various resources that can be found scatter around Misty Island
Specific tools are required to obtain materials from the resources. For example, a pickaxe is required to mine stone from the stone pile
Weather
Misty Island's weather changes randomly throughout the day
When exposed to certain weather, a temporary debuff is applied to your character

↪ HP: Reduce when being attacked by monsters. Can be recovered by consuming food and potion
↪ AP: Consumed when performing certain action, for example, jumping, attacking. Can be recovered by consuming food and potion
↪ Satiety: Decreases slowly as time progresses. Can be recovered by consuming food

↪ ATT: Damage dealt by your character
↪ DEFENSE: Damage reduction rate of your character
↪ SPEED: Movement speed of you character
↪ JUMP: Jump height of your character
Inventory
↪ You can only carry a limited amount of items in your inventory
↪ Craft a backpack or storage box to store more items
↪ Certain items can be assigned to Hotkey
Craft
↪ Combine collected materials to create various equipment, food, potions, defense structure and etc
