V Patch Notes [Part 3] (v162): Unleash the Blaster!

Class Introduction

Storyline
Joining the Resistance - Blaster!
With the Black Wings forces in Edelstein getting stronger each day, the Resistance have decided to train up and deploy a new class to protect their hometown of Edelstein!
Trained in close quarter combat, the Blaster deals strong, hard blows to enemies!
Meanwhile, Elex develops a new armament - The Revolver Gauntlet! Reinforced with Bullets, this new weapon will be supplied for the new Blaster class!
Are you ready to bring an explosive fight into the fray?

Key Features
• A Unique class which uses the unique Cylinder Gauge system!
• Charge up your Cylinder Gauge to unleash devastating blows!
• Throw various rapid-fire punch combinations with your armed artillery!

Cylinder Gauge System

The Blaster class is a Warrior class that uniquely utilizes the Cylinder Gauge System.


Early into the game, you will be introduced to 2 essential class skills - Revolving Gauntlet and Pile Bunker.

When using certain attack skills in conjunction with Revolving Gauntlet, your Cylinder Gauge will charge up. Skills that can be used with Revolving Gauntlet are usually indicated with a small "F" in the skill icon.


Once you have build up enough charges, you can unleash a powerful blast directed at a frontal AoE direction, the Pile Bunker.

You can also enhance the following 1st~4th Job and Hyper Skills via the V Matrix system:

Blaster Support Growth

Event Duration: 7 December 2016, 0000hrs ~ 10 January 2017, 2359hrs
Level Requirement: New Blaster Characters!
How to Start: Achieve Level 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 and 150 on Blaster class to receive rewards!

To support your Blaster character progression, various rewards is prepared for you when you achieve certain levels on your Blaster!

Reach Level 20 and accept the quest, "[Blaster] Congratulations on reaching level 20!" from the Event (Star) Notifier on the left.
The Level 20 Blaster Support gift rewards the following items:
→ Level 20 Blaster Equipment Box
→ 300 White Potions
→ 300 Mana Elixirs

Reach Level 40 and accept the quest, "[Blaster] Congratulations on reaching level 40!" from the Event (Star) Notifier on the left.
The Level 40 Blaster Support gift rewards the following items:
→ Level 40 Blaster Equipment Box
→ 300 Unagis
→ 300 Pure Water

Reach Level 60 and accept the quest, "[Blaster] Congrautlations on reaching level 60!" from the Event (Star) Notifier on the left.
The Level 60 Blaster Support gift rewards the following itmes:
→ Level 60 Blaster Equipment Box
→ 300 Ice Cream Pop
→ 300 Red Bean Sundae

Reach Level 80 and accept the quest, "[Blaster] Congratulations on reaching level 80!" from the Event (Star) Notifier on the left.
The Level 80 Blaster Support gift rewards the following items:
→ Level 80 Blaster Equipment Box
→ 300 Reindeer Milk
→ 300 Sunrise Dew

Reach Level 100 and accept the quest, "[Blaster] Congratulations on reaching level 100!" from the Event (Star) Notifier on the left.
The Level 100 Blaster Support gift rewards the following items:
→ 50 V Coins Coupon

Reach Level 150 and accept the quest, "[Blaster] Congratulations on reaching level 150!" from the Event (Star) Notifier on the left.
The Level 150 Blaster Support gift rewards the following items:
→ Gorilla Robo Coupon (pet obtained is permanent)


Blaster Hot Day

Event Duration: 10 December 2016, 0000hrs ~ 10 December 2016, 2359hrs
Level Requirement: Level 33+
How to Start: Claim your gifts from the Reward Box on the left!

To celebrate the arrival of the Blaster Class, a Hot Day reward box has been prepared for all Maplers!

From 10 December 2016 0000hrs to 2359hrs, click on the reward box icon on the left side of your screen to receive the following:
→ 50 V Coins
→ 100 Spell Traces
→ Festival Badge
→ Use Tab 8 Slot Coupon (7 Days Duration)
→ 3 1.5x EXP Coupons (7 Days Duration)
